WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS (orders over 12 units of product)
BOLI, LLC (“Boli”) has established these terms and conditions so you will know what you can expect from us to ensure you have an enjoyable purchasing experience.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions listed below. The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time as it sees fit. In the event that Boli LLC changes their terms and conditions, they will be posted to our website at www.bolinaturals.com within seven business days.
Privacy and Confidentiality Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis are granted access to certain information collected from customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. The U.S. Government has created specific offences for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
Client records and formulas and are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be advertised or divulged to any third party, other than our manufacturers/suppliers if necessary. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records kept on their behalf, on the provision that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal or product information to any third party or use your information for unsolicited mail.
For Standard, Private-Label orders, the minimum quantity is 48 bottles. For Custom orders, the minimum quantity is 1,000 bottles. The only exception is for sample purchases.
We do not offer free samples. Pricing for samples can be negotiated between you and the account manager handling your wholesale inquiry.
Placing Orders and Payment
Contact a Sales Representative to place an order either via email (email@example.com) or via phone 1-888-477-3531. Because processing begins immediately after payment, all orders are final and cannot be canceled.
All major credit cards are accepted for payment, as well as debit cards, checks, wire transfers, PayPal, or other prearranged payment methods acceptable to Boli. All orders must be paid in full before the order can be processed and/or shipped. All customers are entitled to a receipt as proof of purchase.

In the event that a customer should have a question or concern regarding the quality of any product manufactured by Boli, LLC we offer the following option:
Typically, Standard orders that are in-stock are shipped within two to five business days after design is completed and approved. During busy seasons, it may take up to eight business days for orders to be shipped. Custom orders, as well as any orders that are out of stock vary upon product, but are typically shipped within eight to ten weeks after payment is received, and design is completed and approved. Keep these lead times in mind when ordering products so you can receive your orders within the time frame needed.
All orders are shipped via UPS or DHL, unless otherwise specified. Please provide a physical ship-to address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:
At Boli, LLC, we are proud to provide services and products to all of our customers across the world. Boli, is not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries other than the United States of America. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to speak with your customs office. We will ship any products you order to the address you provide us.
As we ship to several countries all with differing customs laws and government regulations that frequently change, we cannot stay informed of all the requirements for every international shipment. We do everything that we can to assist our customers in this process, but it is ultimately up to the customer to make sure that the product(s) they purchase can be imported and that they request any necessary documents if the product(s) needs to be registered. We do not typically experience customs issues, but we like to let our customers know this in case further arrangements need to be made.
The international shipping company we use, DHL, can also help to alleviate problems at customs by working through their broker as the liaison if and when issues arise. But, again, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to make sure their shipment clears.
We will ship the products you order to the address you provide. We will ship the products you order at the rates you have agreed to. If, for whatever reason, the order/package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund as we followed your instructions for the shipment. However, if you would like to pay to return the order to our facilities, we can reship the order to a new location at your expense.
Boli, LLC will not be held liable for any packages once they leave our warehouse facility. Because we have no control over the shipping companies, we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced packages. We do not provide insurance for our shipments. Insurance can be added to a shipment upon request, for an additional fee.
All sales are final. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns due to the nature of our products.
Boli will provide you with information about our products and their ingredients, if possible, upon request. Boli only uses labs that are FDA and GMP certified. Documentation will be provided upon request. While the information in these documents is believed to be reliable, it is for informational purposes only and has not been edited for FDA claims restrictions. This should be considered when using this information to develop marketing material. The recipient of these documents agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Boli, LLC and its agents, for any and all regulatory action arising from recipient’s use of any claims or information in any advertising, finished product label, or as evidence of product claim substantiation to any regulatory authority.

In the event that a product needs to be returned, the customer must notify our office within fifteen days of receiving goods, and goods must be shipped and returned within thirty days of receiving goods. Customers will be responsible for paying all shipping costs, a restocking fee, as well as an unlabeling fee (for private label orders).
Shipping Errors and Damaged Goods
You must notify our office of any shipping errors or damaged products within seven days of receiving goods. We will then either issue you a credit or a replacement product. Notifications received outside of the seven day period will not be replaced or refunded. Boli accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us due to miscommunication on the customer’s part, then the customer will be liable for shipping charges.
International Shipping Disclaimer
At Boli, LLC, we are proud to provide services and products to all of our customers over the world. Boli, LLC, is not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries other than the United States. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to speak with your customs office. We will ship any products you order to the address you provide us. As the laws are different in every country and they change often, Boli, LLC cannot keep up with all of them. It is your responsibility to check with your country’s Customs Office to see if your country allows the importation of the diet supplements you are ordering. We will follow the exact directions you provide us in your order. We will ship the products you order to the address you provide. We will ship the products you order at the rates you have agreed to. If for whatever reason the order/package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, if the order is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. There may also be a return shipping and handling fee that you will be responsible for as well. Once the package is returned to us, we will contact you and refund you for the products minus any shipping and handling fees. Any duties or taxes that may apply are also your responsibility. If the package is not sent back to us, the products are seized, or it is destroyed due to the directions you have provided, we will not issue a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to the terms above. These statements are not made to cause alarm; we seldom have problems with international orders, however, we do want to make sure the terms of the order are clear.
