Caralluma is used to assist in weight loss and decrease appetite.

Caralluma is a succulent found in India, Africa, and Southern Europe. As part of the Indian culture Caralluma was chewed to help keep the men satiated on a long hunt. Present day a chemical taken from the plant extract is used to decrease appetite. In addition Caralluma has been used to quench thirst and increase endurance.*
